Religions for Peace is honoured to invite you to an event on the sidelines of the 80^th United Nations General Assembly, The Role of Faith in Protecting Children from Female Genital Mutilation and Child Marriage.

Co-organised by Religions for Peace, UNICEF, and the Government of Canada, this gathering will bring together religious leaders, intergovernmental representatives, youth, and women of faith to discuss the vital role of faith engagement in ending harmful practices, and to address the growing pushback against progress in protecting children’s rights.
